 Hi all,

I have an EXCELLENT req with great manager contact, this is a start waiting
to happen for the right candidate.
Location: Boston, MA
Rate: Open
Duration: 6 months

The MBTA IT department is seeking a candidate to manage the functional
implementation of PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 Candidate Gateway for the MBTA. We use
Talent Acquisition Manager on a limited basis today, and we own but have not
yet implemented Candidate Gateway.

Some highlights of the work include:

- Documenting our requirements by meeting with HR and IT
- Identifying what changes HR will need to make to their data management
and/or recruitment processes
- Performing all configuration and setup to match HR's requirements
- Assisting HR with their portion of the setup, data migration, testing,
data cleansing, etc.
- Training our technical, HR, and web teams on how to integrate Candidate
Gateway into our environment and how to keep it running smoothly
- Assisting with go-live

*Our primary requirements for the candidate are: *

*Must be a techno /functional analyst 60/40%*

- Communication must not be an issue.  The manager stated that if they are
on the fence he doesn't want to see them.  They must be confident in their
communication and have the ability to be assertive with customers.
- battle tested in successful real-world *Candidate Gateway implementation
projects *in complex organizations
- will be working very closely with our HR department and making sure they
are on track with their portion of the work, so needs experience doing that
- comfortable and experienced at helping us and HR with test plans and test
execution
- needs to be able to work without a technical/development resource (if,
during the design/specification process, significant customization
requirements are identified, we will bring in a technical resource, but hope
not to initially)
- needs to have some understanding of the network and security requirements,
though will not be the lead on that portion of the work
