The objective of the contract is to provide .NET, File Net, Java, and SQL
expertise to maintain and develop enhancements for RMD ECM, RMIS, COBRA,
WEBi Crystal, SharePoint Systems.
C. Activities. The Contractor shall perform the activities
described in the Scope of work below. Programming services
for installation, implementation, and integration of RMD
software applications (WEBiCrystal Reports, SharePoint, ECM,
RMIS, Kofax/Kwikworks, Travis COBRA) as well as modifications,
upgrades and maintenance of the software. Services include
coding, testing, implementation and integration, correcting,
debugging, compiling, input/output functions, interfacing,
change management, application enhancements, maintenance and
content management.
1. Review Activity Logs on a daily basis for all Servers (Web, SQL,
Printer, Fax, etc.). Report any errors, alarms or suspected performance
issues to Procuring Agency CIO within 1 hour of viewing system logs.
2. Coordinate test/implementation of and or implement/test System Fixes
/ New Releases. Procuring Agency CIO and Division Subject Matter Expert
will approve all fixes and releases prior to putting into production
3. Validate Timelines and Scheduled process for Daily Batch Programs to
ensure processes were run successfully (WCA, DFA, Medical Bill Payer, ISO,
CMS, ECM Kofax)
4. Invoke / Track Daily Batch Applications
5. Validate that Full and incremental backups have been completed in
accordance with GSD schedule and that Off-site Storage of all Backups are
scheduled and being performed.
6. Perform Database Definition & Administration to optimize system
performance and security.
7. Perform analysis of target application architecture and existing
system documentation
