Location : Raleigh, NC

Must-haves
*Should have had prior experience (4 years) on IAM with at least one project
life cycle experience
on Oracle IAM (OIM, OID, OVD and OAM) *
Hands on experience customizing OIM connectors and OVD adapters
Understand technologies like LDAP, Active Directory , Databases, networks,
etc.
Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and
implementation plans
Strong understanding of SDLC processes
Experience deploying systems in a regulated environment
Client focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Must be able to multi task and pay close attention to detail
Strong logic and problem solving skills
Expert knowledge of relational databases, SQL and PLSQL.
Broad knowledge of designing and verifying unit and integration testing
Expert knowledge of Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle
Internet Directory,
*Oracle Single Sign-On and Microsoft Active Directory. - Expert Java
programming skills (Java,
J2EE, JSP)

Experience in estimating level of effort and managing project schedules
would be an added plus.

Responsible for all aspects of the systems analysis design, development, and
deployment and
support of Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Internet Directory, Oracle Virtual
Directory, Oracle
Single Sign-On
Participate in requirements gathering with business groups.
Perform administration tasks required to support application development,
deployment, integration,
QA and production processes
Perform system administration for the • Integration and syncing of data
between Oracle Identity
Management and Microsoft Active Directory products
Ensure all activities are performed with quality and compliance.
Provide second line of application support during and after deployment.
Customize all aspects of IAM to satisfy business requirements
Provide level of effort estimates and detail tasks to the project managers
Organize and present technical and architectural information for upper
management
Define common processes and proce! dures to ensure server stability,
performance and availability
Maintain current knowledge of vendor upgrades and patches for both the
server and client
applications; Evaluate vendor provided system changes/upgrades and provide
recommendations;
