Direct Client Req Siebel CRM Consultant Location : Eden Prairie, MN Duration : 6-12 Months+
• Experience in conducting business requirement sessions. • Experience in developing business workflow/process flows on Visio. • Experience in solution design and mapping business requirements. • Work with the technical delivery teams to help develop functional requirements and ensure that the completed functional requirements accurately and completely represent the business needs and keep the Siebel implementation OOTB • Evaluate business requirements against the Siebel CRM OOTB capabilities and look for opportunities to adapt the business needs to existing functionality. • Clearly represent the advantages and disadvantages of different solution options back to the business and help drive a decision. • Work with the Business managers to stay on schedule and in scope, raise and help resolve issues and risks, and accurately represent project status. • Excellent knowledge on Opportunity, Quote and Activity management. • Experience on Order Management process. • Siebel Product & Pricing knowledge would be Huge plus.
