Phone Hire Backout Position Must be available immediately, not somone that is working and needs a notice- Possess excellent communication and partnering skills to develop effective relationships with other leaders and key stakeholders in business units, project teams, IT, and operations in enabling the successful testing and delivery of IT solutions for the business. Provide ad-hoc management reporting, data gathering, and analysis as needed. *Requirements: * Manual testing Both UI and database testing Oracle and SQL J2ee environment Qulaity Control testing, unit, functional regression Strong SQL for data validation Test plans, test scripts 5+ years experience as a QA Testing Analyst. 2+ years of manual testing 2+ years experience managing multiple QA testing project activities within medium to large projects 2+ years using test/defect management tools such as Quality Center or other tools. 2+ years experience with performance and automated testing approaches and tools. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze business requirements and existing business functions and recommend alternative testing approaches, methods, and tools. Working knowledge of SDLC and agile software development methodologies as applicable for business analysis, development, and testing activities. Proficiency with desktop applications. (Outlook mail and calendaring, MS Office applications).
