Please forward a profiles to [email protected] Here are the requirement details * *Job Title: Cognos Reports Developer* * Rate-55/HR* *Phone + FTF interview* *3 month initial contract with high chances of extension to 6 months or longer.* *Background and credit check will be done* *Job Summary:* Proactively contribute to the success of ING DIRECT and the Warehouse Reporting team through the design, creation and implementation of cost-effective reporting tools and solutions that support management and business users in reporting, analysis and decision making. Implement and maintain one-stop secured reporting solutions with reliable access to information in the data warehouse, data marts, and source systems as required. Support the building and maintenance of strong partnerships with the business to identify enterprise information and reporting needs. Empower the customers to effectively use the information and tools for optimal decision making, through proactive business support and advisory services. *Essential Functions:*** · Design and implement business intelligence and reporting solutions to meet the information and reporting needs of management and business departments, including Finance, Marketing, Credit, Asset Liability Management, Treasury, Sales and Operations · Support development of a common portal to provide one-stop secured and reliable access to information in the corporate data warehouse and source systems as required · Support development of management dashboards and key performance indicators for decision support and exceptions management · Work closely with business leaders, data modelers and data warehouse developers to ensure consistent and accurate reporting across the business · Support change management controls and validation process to ensure consistent and accurate information and reports delivered to the customers · Support development of a common web-based Reporting portal to provide one-stop secured and reliable access to information in the corporate data warehouse · Create and maintain documentation of operating procedures, application designs and user guides. · Support standard and customized reporting training and support to empower the customers in using the information and reporting tools · Provide continuous ad-hoc customer support in information and reporting services. · Assist with mentoring and coaching team members · Other assignments as required *Technical skills and abilities:* · Proven working experiences in Cognos B.I.
