Specific Qualifications / Skills for Open Position #3 (Contractor): Web Participates in solution design and assures quality, while minimizing negative impacts on other applications and business processes. Develops effective working relationships with vendors to produce high quality project deliverables. Participates in the development of system requirements and help in the development of technical estimates for the business. Work with Technical leads to ensure appropriate regression and user acceptance testing is completed prior to implementation of system changes. Mentors new or less experienced Technology Analysts and also assists in their professional development. Familiarity with distributed and Web systems preferred. College Grad or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in an architect role. Proven experience in vendor technical product implementation and custom application development through vendor resources. Must have proven experience designing and developing large web solutions in Java. Must have working knowledge of PHP, AJAX, REST, SOAP, SQL, Linux, Windows, CVS, CMS, Portals, JavaScript, HTML/DOM.
