Hello, We currently have multiple openings for Remedy consulants in Baltimore, MD. Candidates must be Green Card or higher and able to come for an in-person interview. We are looking for candidates with exposure to ITSM version 7 The scope of work is to provide Remedy ITSM 7.6 development/engineering support. A successful candidate must have experience developing on the AR System platform with experience in architecting custom applications and modifying ITSM applications. Ability to format and load data into the Remedy applications. Experience with upgrading patch management for the Remedy applications. Must have refined customer service and communication skills.
