Senior Business Analyst Duration: 6 months Rate: $55/hr C2C Location: Mountain View, CA *LMS* EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, and *SABA* Experience highly preferred. • Experience working with Saba Learning Suite strongly desired • Use LMS system to create business rules, notifications, and security lists • Systems or software development heritage • Experience working with diverse, international team; sensitive to cultural and language issues Must Have: • 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst • Functional experience with learning management systems, preferably Saba or SumTotal • Consulting with internal customers to capture business objectives, project feasibility, business requirements, and provide overall customer service. • Creating detailed documentation: feasibility, user requirements, functional specifications, use cases and process flows, test cases, and other documentation related to application development. • Developing and supporting end users with documentation and training including: help screens, manuals, system overviews, and training manuals. • Adhering to project management lifecycle process in conjunction with the project manager.. • Working effectively in a highly technical web development team environment, independently, and under minimal direct supervision. • Communicating requirements with development resources • Identifying project risks and developing mitigation plans • Ability to create functional specifications from business generated BRD • Strong English writing and verbal skills • Able to work in a process rich environment Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
