In addition, the software should provide the ability to leverage current agency technologies and be capable of adding functionality using standard development tools. * * The WD interacts with the customer and reviews requirements documentation, and interacts with the customer to glean and assess requirements. Subsequently, applies required skills to develop and unit test web-based code, including converted forms.
