POSITION : FUNCTION TEST AUTOMATION LEAD WITH RATIONAL TOOLS LOCATION: North Haven, CT Length: 7 MONTHS Rate; 60/HR C2C *Functional Test Automation Lead* - Minimum of five years of testing automation experience required - Experience in reviewing an application for automation needs and requirements - Experience defining appropriate automation methods to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design - Ability to define, monitor and collect automation data and metrics - Experience leading a group of offshore and onshore automation resources. - Work closely with team members to determine work prioritization, resolve issues and improve project delivery and success. - Provides recommendations on test cases that should and should not be automated - Understands organizational impacts and trade-offs of automation processes - Excellent communication skills both written and oral. - Ability to train business users on how to execute automation test cases. - Ability to manage numerous concurrent tasks under time constraints. - Experience working with Rational Tools (RFT, Clear case and RQM) is a must.
