Our Client is looking for *QA with SOAP UI and XML experience - NYC*. This is a long term Contract position. The Hourly rate is DOE. Kindly review it and let me know your interest. ** ** QA Testers/Unix/SQL/QTP/Brokerage/con/NYC *MUST BE LOCAL - FINANCIAL Background* *Main Function* Candidate will be responsible for the accurate testing of a Service Oriented Architecture that specializes in Financial Data Processing systems. Specifically, the candidate must be an expert in Automation Scripting and Back End testing *Main Duties* Create test plans Create test strategy documents Develop test cases based on business requirements, functional and technical specifications, and development standards for assigned projects/applications. Build SQL queries to validate data Build automation scripts to validate SOA Services strong understanding of SOAP UI Maintain existing test plans and test cases based on code changes and enhancements to assigned applications Improve upon available documentation (requirements, test cases, test scenarios) Perform Regression Test planning and execution Track issues and work with project managers and developers to resolve. Create and send issue reports to project team and management during test cycles.
