The team are part of cloud offering project efforts. The escalation manages 60+ Sharepoint farms with 2+ million seats under management, and 3000+ server objects spanned across the globe hosting and supporting some of the world’s largest enterprises. Client is hiring system administrators with core competencies in managing Sharepoint, SQL, IIS, Windows, Networking, and hardware. High level view the work resources are doing include real-time response to service outage and service restoration, perform root cause analysis and post incident analysis, research and identify known issues, manage escalation to higher tier in our group, and monitor/audit production environment for defects.
