Kindly send me the suitable profiles to *[email protected]* with Contact / Rate info ASAP. * Must be local to NY / NJ.* * Role: Siebel CRM Developer (Specialist II) Location: NYC Duration: 6 months Contract* * * Responsibilities: As part of the Enterprise Correspondence delivery team, assist in executing the technical design, development and testing for the application release of Enterprise Correspondence. The goal of this release will be to implement an Enterprise Correspondence offering on the 311 instance of Siebel allowing agencies to create, send and receive correspondence including letters, literature, etc. and manage them leveraging one standardized solution. * Perform the technical design, configuration and unit test of the Siebel application * Configure and script the application according to agency and industry standards * Meet with business owners to capture application requirements * Participate in integration, system, and performance testing as needed * Fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing * Document and track resolution system issues * Work with configurations, designers, and architects to ensure that the configured application meets requirements and performance goals * Escalate issues and provide status to the development lead * * * * MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: * * Minimum 4 years of full-time experience as a Siebel developer working on enterprise CRM applications; including the following experience: * Hands-on experience with: * Siebel Tools configuration * eScript * Workflow * Siebel Correspondence * Siebel Service Request Management * Relational Databases/SQL * Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources. * * DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE * Experience in Siebel Public Sector V7.8 * Siebel eAI and integration
