*Job title : .Net Developer Location : Phoenix, AZ Duration : 6 month Rate : $50/Hr* Strong Object Oriented knowledge and coding in JavaScript. Analyze, design, program and test computer software programs and applications. The Senior Software Engineer works closely with Business Analysts, Systems Analysts and Quality Assurance to assess, enhance, maintain and support software solutions to business problems. Using strong logic, computer language syntax and sequencing skills, combined with healthcare industry and practical knowledge, the Software Engineer produces, delivers and maintains application and system software providing comprehensive business solutions to the healthcare industry. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 7 years of experience as a software developer. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures necessary to build software products. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Expected to perform a variety of mentoring tasks in regards to development practices/standards, technical areas and development lifecycle methodologies. Works under general supervision from the Manager of Software Engineering. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Must have exceptional programming skills and be willing to code full time; i.e., contractor will take responsibility for implementing finished products based on algorithms developed. Must demonstrate track record of applying computer science to practical problems. Must have a command of Object Oriented Programming principles, and should know how to use common design patterns. Should be highly self-directed, a strong individual contributor and a strong team player. Responsibilities include: • Participating in all aspects of the software development process including application design, coding, testing, and deployment. • Maintaining documentation of workflow and following the general guidelines of Object Oriented Programming practices. • Designing database tables and MS SQL stored procedures. • Supporting production systems and resolving related issues promptly. • Assisting other Software Engineers with the maintenance and improvement of Company’s technology. Requirements 1. 7 years experience working with software development. 2. Experience working with C# and Visual Studio (VS2010 experience a plus) 3. Experience coding with .net technologies (.net 4.0 experience a plus) 4. Prior experience: coding and designing with Object Oriented Programming techniques; MS SQL Server, SQL, and stored procedures; coding with JavaScript; writing and deploying using Crystal Reports; asp and asp.net; and html, xml, and web design. 5. Experience working in LINQ, WCF AND Web Service technologies 6. Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance industry helpful. 7.
