*Position:* Core DBA’s with RAC 11g **
*Location:* Atlanta, GA,**
*Duration: 6 months*
Sure thing! I have this role specifically (see below), and ongoing needs for
Core DBA’s internally with BIAS. Also, anyone with Golden Gate is definitely
a plus as well.
*Database Administrator *
e-Business Suite, Fusion Middleware, and related technologies from a
performance tuning perspective. Candidates for this role should have proven
expertise around performance tuning methods and approaches including any
third party application and/or database profiling tools.
Responsibilities:
- Oracle 10g/11g tuning at the following levels:
-Application Server/Connection Pool tuning
-PL/SQL Query tuning
- e-Business Suite
- Fusion Middleware
-SGA/PGA tuning
-RAC/Interconnect/CRS tuning
-ASM and Storage Subsystem tuning
- RAC10g/11g/9i - Real Application Clusters maintenance, installation and
troubleshooting
- Oracle11g/10g Grid Control/Oracle Enterprise Manager, Management Agent
setup, Oracle Management Console configuration. Usage of Database Console,
Application Server Console, Grid Control Plugins and beacons.
We are looking for DBAs with expertise in at least one of the following for
longer term engagements:
- Oracle Golden Gate/Streams 10g/11g * Design, installation, unit test and
deployment experience in Streams and/or Golden Gate.
- Oracle Fusion Middleware experience in basic tech stack using Identity
Management, Single sign-on, Windows authentication, Oracle Portal
administration.
- Oracle Applications DBA having supported Oracel11i/R12 E-Business suite
applications in RAC and non-RAC environments
- Overall application (EBS and custom) solution design, architecture,
implementation and full life-cycle experience.
Required Skills:
At least 7 years of Oracle DBA experience.
