Manage and maintain web site(s) and related servers. Manage, maintain and develop reports, report requirements. Maintain, update and manage content, secure transaction processing and device managements reporting. Meet card issuance and cardholder support services reporting requirements. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority. *ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (may be required to perform additional job duties):* Work with the business units and customers to detail requirements and achieve acceptance and sign-off. Deliver web reporting solutions that support an efficient and profitable Operating Company. Understand business unit and customer needs and define requirements. Timely monitoring of web reports information for validation of customer reports. Assist developers, product teams and testers to understand the requirements and work to meet those requirements. Establish, guide, review and audit specifications to insure all Customer requirements are satisfied. Document and guide the testing process through acceptance. Maintain and update web content, ensure web site availability, maintain and develop new and existing application, trouble shoot problem reports and work to minimize down time for the customer. *MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities):* Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering or Equivalent. Minimum 4+ years experience in web development. Webmaster experience on commercial interactive sites with web reporting connectivity to multiple databases (Oracle 10g or above and other relational databases). Knowledge of web technologies such as Java, J2EE, XML and Soap architecture. Extensive experience with Apache version 1.3.2.6 or above. E-Commerce and Credit card online processing experience. Web site design, development and efficient tuning experience. Ability to read and understand contract documents. Self motivated team player with a positive attitude. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally technical and non-technical persons. Good time management and a fast learner who is adapts in a fast changing environment. Work in a responsible, organized, and logical manner.
