Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Developer 6+ Months Contract QUALIFICATION: • At least 8 years in software business analysis, testing, or related IT experience, with at least 5 years of development experience in PeopleSoft • BS or MS/MBA in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent education/training/experience • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is required. • Global Payroll is highly desirable. Time and Labor and NA Payroll is required. • Experience working directly with end users to gather requirements and solve cases is important. Good communication skills are a must. 2. Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Specialist(PeopleSoft Functional Consultant) 6+ Months Contract QUALIFICATION: • At least 8 years in software business analysis, testing, or related IT experience, with at least 5 years of testing experience in PeopleSoft • BS or MS/MBA in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent education/training/experience • Experience with ERP Systems (PeopleSoft HCM is highly desirable) • Ability to work with HP’s Quality Center and QTP, SQL Developer/TOAD, PeopleTools • Experience collaborating with programmers and business experts • Flexibility to adapt to testing of different modules within PeopleSoft applications HCM or Finance.
