This position requires high level consulting skills and strong marketing analytics experience to provide strategic direction and insight driven analysis. In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines (including general online media, marketing, advertising, direct marketing, customer care, etc) is a plus. The Web Analytics Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing measurement frameworks for both online and offline programs and gather and interpret website and customer behavior data. This analyst position is responsible for the overall site audit and review to ensure programs and tagging are set-up correctly. Responsible for creating dashboards and reports in addition to providing analysis and recommendations. The analyst will identify, create, run and aggregate data from various reporting tools such as WebTrends, Google, and other internal data systems and 3rd party SEO and Keyword Search providers. *Experience:* Minimum BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience required Minimum 4 years experience in technical development and online experience. Minimum 3 years of advanced web based analytics principles and experience with web analytics solutions in WebTrends. Report/Scorecard design Experience with database marketing and CRM programs a strong plus Direct marketing, SEO and conversation monitoring experience a plus Ability to think critically and make recommendations based on the business data needs: analyze date, interpret results and recommend actions to optimize marketing investments. Keen problem solving abilities Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to work independently, manage multiple projects/responsibilities.
