SQL DBA Mounds View, MN Duration: 5 months Request Notes: Summary: This person will work as part of an Operational SQL Server Database Administration Team supporting a 24 x 7 web-based remote monitoring system. The system is comprised of multiple environments. Skills: • A minimum of 6-8 years experience administering 20+ Microsoft SQL Server 2008 production databases. •Knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008 Advanced Server. Expert knowledge in the following areas of SQL Server: Clustering, Installation, Log Shipping, Backup/Restore with native and 3rd party tools, Security administration, Ability to identify and solve database errors or performance bottlenecks, SQL Agent.
