Telecom Business Analyst Minneapolis, MN 6 Months Summary: The contract Telecom Business Analyst will function as an interface between business owners and IT Telecom Systems project teams to identify business requirements and translate these into functional design specifications. Project Management skills are required as sometimes required to play both BA and PM roles on smaller projects. Requirements: . Working knowledge of contact center business analysis concepts, tools, and techniques. . Working knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques. . Proven ability to practice a variety of techniques to ensure complete requirements. . Previous development experience in contact center systems ACD, IVR and CTI applications. . Previous experience with Interactive Intelligence, IEX TotalView, and IEX Performance Manager preferred. . Must be proficient in gathering, documenting and communicating business requirements to business and technical resources. Experience gathering and documenting system requirements. . Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements. . Excellent ability to organize information, manage tasks and projects and use available tools to effectively contribute to organization. . Must have excellent problem solving skills. . Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required. The ability to express oneself effectively within groups and in one-to-one conversations. Conveys information clearly and effectively through both formal and informal documents. Creates an atmosphere in which timely and high quality input/out flows smoothly between self and others.
