Must have strong C#, .net, SQL Server, Silverlight, WCF. Experience with MVVM is preferred. Must be well rounded with good UI experience as well as development and back end work. This person must be able to communicate very well. This is a smaller shop environment where you wear more hats and have to work without a lot of hand holding. They want to explain the project to the person and then have them complete it. This project is part of a core application at NCM that deals with the delivery and playback engine. They need a UI for people to do admin work so they can source for RSS feeds and then service and update image file and up load. This person might also create an external web page to enter info.
