Job Description:
The person in this role will be primarily responsible for Operations
Reporting, creating new reports, fulfilling ad hoc reports,
maintaining and running existing reports.
Requirements:
• Business Intelligence Reporting
• Business Objects
• Cognos
• Management Information Reporting
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• SQL Language
• Strong skills in Excel and Powerpoint
• Intermediate level of public speaking/presentation skills
required, along with solid verbal communications (this person is
required to interact with and present the findings of their data to
Senior Management)
Nice to Have (Not Required):
• ITIL training or experience
• Small Project Coordination/Microsoft Project Skills
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma
• Process Design and Facilitation/Visio Skills
