Urgent Backfill position Role : Oracle Apps DBA Location: Wellesley, MA Duration: 6-12 months
Required Skills: • 5-7 years of technical experience in either Infrastructure Management or Software Development. Must have a deep understanding of both. • 5 plus years Oracle DBA experience or heavy use of Oracle, as a developer, during that period. • 5 plus years of hands-on Linux experience from the perspective of database and application server installation, configuration, shell scripting, and troubleshooting. • Middleware product experience; e.g. TIBCO • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide detailed and/or executive level communications verbally or written. • Ability to collaborate with peers to find the best solution for issues. Primary Responsibilities: Oracle E-Business 11.5.10.2 administration. Oracle RAC 11.2.0.2 administration. Oracle App Server, Weblogic App Server administration. Installing product such as listed above in the Redhat Enterprise Linux environment. High leve knowledge of Java, SOA, Agile. Working know of security, storage, networking, performance tuning, troubleshooting, backup and recovery, monitoring, configuration management. change management.
