Title : Project Manager Location : Moline, IL Duration : 12-36 months Rate : $50/hr on C2C Skills required: · Solid foundation in project management and in managing projects, including waterfall and iterative life cycle development · Understanding of application development, databases and data management · Excellent personal communication skills, written and oral · Ability to facilitate meetings · Experience implementing major Information Technology programs or projects that are broad in scope · Project management experience including plan development, budget management, team management, requirements gathering, delivery and deployment · Ability to track project budget Additional skills preferred: · Experience with EPPM (Microsoft Project on the server) · Experience with Quality Center Duties: · Project Plan Creation · Monitoring budgets and project status · Help to determine onsite and offsite resource needs · Ensure product quality by adhering to development, testing and quality methodologies.
