ETL-Data Integration programmer 6 months Location: An Arbor , MI Or Sacremento CA ..( in-person interview ill be there , so candidate needs to be in or near client location) *Data Integration Programmer* *Position Overview:* The Data Integration Programmer develops ETL programs for healthcare data warehousing projects. The role is responsible for creating and testing structured ETL processes from design specification and mapping documents. The position requires at least 3 years of experience developing ETL programs that load / integrate data from multiple input sources to database targets and extract / publish data from database sources. Candidates must demonstrate an understanding of ETL development best practices and the software development lifecycle. This role typically reports to an ETL or project team lead. *Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:* · Perform data profiling on incoming data sources to assess quality · Utilize design specifications and source to target mapping documents to develop ETL programs · Code and test complex ETL programs using IBM InfoSphere DataStage 8.x · Create unit test conditions, record and document results · Execute, schedule and test job streams and build an operational ETL system that is automated, stable and efficient · Conduct System Testing - execute job flows, investigate system defects, resolve defects and document test results · Deliver easy to maintain, re-usable modules that adhere to architectural governance standards and practices · Off hour and weekend support may be required to meet project milestones *Education:* Bachelor’s degree preferred *Required Skills and Experience:* · 3 years experience as ETL programmer on data warehouse or database projects · Expertise with Industry standard ETL Tools (IBM InfoSphere DataStage 8.x preferred, Informatica, SAS, Oracle, or equivalent) · Expert in SQL and experience programming applications that perform I/O on Relational Database Management Systems · Experience performing data analysis and researching data quality issues · Experience working on large system implementation projects *Desired Skills and Experience:* · 1 plus years developing programs using IBM InfoSphere DataStage 8.x · 1 plus years performing application development on an Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Mart and/or Business Intelligence implementation project · Knowledge of Oracle (release 10g/11g) and experience developing PL/SQL procedures · Experience with healthcare data *Certifications Required:* None Regards, Shankar 248-522-6879 Technology consultanst inc -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
