The Enterprise Data Architect is the one who understands the complexities of the data universe; someone who can analyze business scenarios to identify information requirements and balance standardized corporate data solutions with the local data reporting and transactional needs. These solutions need to support the various aspects of the business model including corporate as well as regional perspectives for information requirements that span multiple cultures, diverse geographies, and emerging markets. The successful candidate will be able to communicate using business terminology, and translate complex technical concepts into business terms to facilitate communication. Good listening and collaboration skills are essential. Also needed are exceptional analytical skills to be able to facilitate identification of practical, sustainable information architecture in a complex evolving environment. The person we are looking for thrives in an environment of ambitious enterprise-scale projects, collaborating across many teams and disciplines with highly skilled individuals. *Key demonstrated competencies required for this position include: * Ability to conceptualize long-term solutions to entrenched systemic problems.
