*Title Datawarehouse Lead/Architect* *Location: Baltimore, MD*** *Duration: 6 Months*** *Job Description:* Qualifications: "** 5+ years in data architecture related roles with responsibility for planning, designing and building solutions. ** 5+ years data modeling experience developing logical and dimensional models. ** 3+ years leading an IT technical staff, preferably data modelers. ** Experience with data privacy, data security and protection regulations. ** Experience leading development of relational and dimensional data models for logical and physical implementations. ** Experience designing and building database solutions. ** Experience defining metadata management approaches and governance processes. ** Experience defining stewardship processes/objectives ** Experience with transactional, data warehouse, data mart, and operational reporting solutions ** Proven track record of managing an enterprise data modeling effort ** Experience with full lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements, design, development, testing, and maintenance. ** Proven communication, negotiation, risk management, and decision making skills. ** Experience in supporting the development and enforcement of data modeling standards and procedures. ** Experience with supporting requirements gathering and model development, review and approval sessions with business and technical staff. ** Experience documenting data modeling requirements and issues. ** Experience working across multiple technical and business areas to resolve data modeling and data definition issues and produce an optimal solution ** Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required.
