Atleast 5 years experience as a Usability Analyst in a corporate
environment.
2-4 years experience in usability testing and related work is a plus but not
required.
*Technical Skills - C#, Microsoft technologies, Lotus Notes, PeopleSoft,
etc. in order of priority*
v *Be familiar with client side web development languages such as HTML,
CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and XML *
v *Expertise with wireframes, usability, prototyping, UI
*
v *Background in user-interface design, human factors engineering and
software development *
v *Expertise with task analysis, task flows and design
documentation
*
v *Knowledge of user-centered design techniques
*
v *Experience with preparing testing plans, planning for and conducting
usability evaluations using a variety of techniques, and distilling and
presenting results *
v *Experience managing project tasks with Microsoft Project *
v *Identifying, prioritizing, and tracking usability issues and making
design recommendations *
v *Ability to use data to argue for improvements to the customer experience
*
*Soft Skills (including but not limited to Written, Verbal and Presentation
skills)*
v *Strong and proven management and planning skills - with ability to focus
on details *
v *Work efficiently while coordinating multiple tasks with different
priorities *
v *Adaptable, fast learner, and open to working on a variety of
projects *
