Job priority:** **Minneapolis* *Rate: 48/hr on C2C Job description: Key Responsibilities and Experience Required:  Should have strong working experience in TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Hawk, TIBCO Adapters, TIBCO Administrator HP Systinet exp .  Technical design reviews and CUT activities.  Participate in client project meetings as necessary regarding technical activities  Present technical documents and solutions to client architects  Code reviews to ensure code quality standards; Mentor Java/J2EE developers.  Tracking completion of planned deliverables; Project status reporting and reviews with client.  Owns the overall delivery of the requirements assigned.  Experience in SOA based integration product stacks is highly desired.  Provide high level technical impact for project change requests and recommend the solutions.  Provide the direction and coordinate the solution for the technical issues.  Knowledge on Web services is a must  Should have good experience on Java /J2EE technologies Desired Skills:  Experience in HP Systinet Interpersonal Skills:  Good team player and possesses good customer handling skills  Strong written and oral communication skills are a must.
