This person will work during the business week and on some weekends executing Sybase and Microsoft SQL server migrations. S/he will also work mid-week in setting up processes and performing DBA support work. S/he must be able to perform troubleshooting for utility issues and have a solid understanding of the Korn shell scripting language. This person will work with the DBA group as well as other coordinators involved in migrations and must be able to research and clearly articulate progress and status of scripts that already exist. Some knowledge of PowerShell is a plus.
