The SAP CCS Functional resource will support tasks associated with SAP Customer Care Services (CCS) functional-related projects or backfill for production support activities while an internal employee works on the project efforts. Production support needs typically include the following: SAP CCS integration with IVR, dunning procedures, rate maintenance, bill print and CIC0 navigation. Consultant’s Responsibilities Work entails design, code and testing of documented tasks associated with the Customer Care Services module and/or backfill for production support.
