Location: Pittsburgh, PA.. Duration: 6+ months and will begin immediately. Role Description: SAP BI experienced consultant with APO DP, SNP, and PP/DS, with preference given to those that have SNP and PP/DS. Experience/Competencies: • 4-7 years of progressively responsible experience in systems analysis, IS, or functional support of IS. • 5+ years SAP BI or SAP BW experience. • 2 or more full lifecycle SAP implementations. • Hands on Experience Implementing APO BI for DP, SNP, PP/DS Processes (Preference to SNP, PP/DS) • Knowledge & Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), SAP Logistics (SD, MM, PP) Business Processes Preferred • Experience with Netweaver 2004s, the BI 7 toolset, BI Accelerator and SAP Portal, Enterprise or BI. • Experience with customization to BW and BW Business Content or developing custom Business Content. • Experience with BW Front End (BEx Analyzer) and/or Web reporting, and Crystal Reports. • Experience with Global implementations/deployments or multiple-R/3-instances to BW a plus. • Experience with the most current release of SAP BW/BI, Business Objects and SAP Enterprise Performance Management. • Ability to work effectively with the business to define their BI needs. • Ability to learn and master new business intelligence technologies and products. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Solid project management and organizational skills are required to consistently meet project deadlines. • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks. • Ability to lead small team of technical resources, teach and train others, build consensus and solve problems. • At least 2 Full Life Cycle Implementations of SAP BW including Data Modeling, Extractions, Data Staging, Loadings, Transformations, and Reporting. • Knowledge of SAP BI content for the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. • Extensive knowledge of standard and custom InfoCubes, InfoObject and InfoSources, Web reporting, Extraction, Transfer Structures, Operational Data Store (ODS), and Business Explorer (BEx). • Experience with other Business Intelligence software (Cognos, Business Objects, etc.) applications. • Solid experience with EIS, dashboards, OLAP, scorecards, visualization tools, and portals. • Experience in extracting data from SAP R/3 using LIS/LO Cockpit, Generic Extraction, OLTP extraction, data loading (Initial / Delta Up-Loads), and also extracting data from the flat files. • Experience in extracting data from SAP CRM, SRM and SCM. • Experience with SAP Easy Enhancement Workbench • Experience with performance tuning of queries using compression, aggregation and partitioning etc. and performance tuning of system to improve data load and system response time. • Solid understanding of all facets of Data Warehousing concepts including data acquisition, transformation, loading, data modeling, query definition, web application designer, report designer and performance tuning. • Experience with SAP’s ASAP project methodology and/or Solution Manager. • Web application development and support experience an asset. • Ability to work successfully in both a team environment including a matrix organization and independently. • Strong team player with effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and able to deal with many different levels of technical and business acumen. • Effective communication and client relation skills. • Extremely self-motivated, be able to work with minimal day-to-day guidance and have the ability to own problems through to resolution. *Regards,* *Srinivas Sagar* Quantum Vision LLC srini...@quantumvision.com *)**:* (301) 560 – 0556 ** *Add: Yahoo : **srinivassagar18* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
