Enterprise development: Many PHP developers have been part-time PHP developers, or worked on smaller projects. We need a candidate who has experience working on larger projects in a larger team, using enterprise development life cycle methods. * Communication skills: This is a relatively senior position on a distributed team that needs high quality communications skills. * Advanced technical skills: We are using CodeIgniter and jQuery frameworks. A candidate who has no experience with current PHP and javascript frameworks will be at a disadvantage.
