Sharepoint BA Duration: 6 months Minnetonka, MN Business Unit: Integrated Client Services (100-160-480-45615) Primary Responsibilities: • Act as the liaison between Business and Infrastructure teams in requirements gathering and analysis for SharePoint related requests • Define, use and communicate design policies, guidelines, and best practices relating to SharePoint and team collaboration tools • Plan and manage assignments of varying scope • Function as a point-of-reference for SharePoint support • Assist/manage the processes of administration, troubleshooting, documenting, implementing and maintaining new SharePoint sites • Work with management to develop new/refine existing policies and procedures relating to collaboration tools and SharePoint development, including process modeling and technical writing responsibilities • Execute daily work while creating and fostering an environment to increase SharePoint engagement for business users. • Assist with hands-on technical assessments of new intranet-based SharePoint development tools, including requirements definition and product evaluations • Communicate daily with business partners, serving as the Subject Matter Expert for SharePoint • Evening/Night migration of SharePoint sites and site collections from previous SharePoint versions to current version of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server • Leading one-on-one & large-group SharePoint training sessions • Developing documentation of proposed and implemented SharePoint solutions • Developing ad-hoc training materials as needed Qualification Rating UHGCompany Default Category MOSS 2007 * 5 (Expert) of 5 (Expert) and 2+ Yrs.
