JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior SAP SD Lead with OTC, Pricing, Shipping, VC will be
working directly with business users from Order Administration, Sales
Operations and Supply Chain to develop and support business critical
QTC solutions and processes. This is a key position in a high-growth,
fast-paced company, utilizing a leading-edge technology environment
based on the SAP platform including ECC 6.0, CRM 2007, BI, XI and
Portal.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements gathering, facilitation of business process discussions,
solution design and documentation, configuration, test, and end-user
support.
SD configuration of sales order types, item category determination,
copy control, pricing, revenue recognition, ATP check, shipment and
delivery.
Provide direction and leadership in promoting and implementing
solutions (business processes and SAP functionality).
Convert business requirements from business areas into SAP solutions
utilizing (SAP) Best Practices.
Proactively address problems and troubleshoot Project issues.
Ensure standard global processes are followed (e.g., Issue Management,
Incident Management, Release Management, Change Management and
Configuration Management).
Provides technical direction in the analysis, design, development,
testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of large-scale,
enterprise applications projects.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support other functions of the IT SAP team as necessary
REQUIREMENTS:+
Education in BS/MS Computer Science, Communications, Information
Technology or related discipline.
Customer-centric and Service minded.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in
both technical and user-friendly language.
Ability to interact with all levels of users (end-users/executives).
Highly self-motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and
the ability to multi task.
10+ years of SAP SD Analyst work in the SAP ERP 6.0 or higher
environment
Including: Configuration of sales order types, copy control, pricing,
revenue recognition, ATP and delivery & billing.
Knowledge of Variant Configuration and/or CRM Sales a plus but not a
requirement.
Ability to develop technical documentation for training and user
procedures.
Effective and open communication.
