Please check before submitting.* * * *Must have skills: * 7+ years of QA industry experience C# development (18 months to 2 years) Knowledge of Agile (18 months to 2 years) * * *Qualifications* The Quality Analyst must possess the following competencies: - 7+ years of QA industry experience - 4+ years of experience in coding diverse automation technologies (C# a plus) - 3+ years of experience working with the Agile methodology - Crop Insurance Experience is a plus - Strong collaborative spirit and positive attitude - Self-directed, flexible, able to prioritize work and deliver results - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both business and development teams - Strong ability to develop a comprehensive test strategy and provide proactive risk identification and mitigation - Strong understanding of automation design and frameworks with the ability to identify where automation would be best utilized within a test strategy - Strong ability to analyze requirements, map them to automated acceptance tests, and provide accurate coverage statistics - Strong ability to detect a non-conformance to a requirement, to report the non-conformance, and to work through the entire resolution life cycle to ensure validation occurs and sign-off is delivered - Effective presentation and public speaking skills - Mastery of Software Quality Assurance terminology and methodology - Strong risk management and decision-making skills - Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience - A Quality Assurance Certification is a plus Regards, Mamatha 630 364 1917 [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
