** *TITLE: SSAS/SSIS DEVELOPER * * ** LOCATION: FT. LAUDERDALE, FL * * DURATION: 3 MONTHS WITH EXTENSIONS ** ** SSAS Developer will join team to maintain an enterprise level data warehouse cube. Developer will be responsible for assisting with the development of logical and physical Cubes and Dimensions and participate in test plan creation and the testing process. Developer will also accurately estimate the size of the development effort as measured and provide complete documentation in the form of commented code, problem status information, and design documents. He will perform thorough unit testing as required to provide a quality product and thorough problem analysis that results in resolution of problems according to standards. Other responsibilities will include: Complete code and other deliverables on schedule; Use Source Control (i.e. SourceSafe) to manage project versions and code changes; Implement and enforce companywide coding standards and best practices provided; Work in an agile development life cycle approach; Support analysis services database administration tasks during development and post go live; Follow release management, build process and versioning within a source control environment; Build migration development within environments following deployment best practices; Work under minimum supervision, team member, task/goal oriented. Technical Skills: 1. Previous experience developing and supporting SSAS 2K8R2 with multiple subject area data, partitioning, aggregations. 2. Previous experience on AMO programming to dynamically support cube partitions. 3. Previous experience on SSIS Packages related with tasks to & ETL to support Cube operations 4. Previous experience on using MDX 5. Previous experiencing on using SQL Profiler for SSAS troubleshooting and performance tuning Desirable: 1. Experience or exposure to SharePoint 2010 BI Insight and PPS 2.
