*Responsibilities: * Work directly with the Project Manager, Home Office and field personnel along with the Applications Deve lopment group in an effort to understand the change being tested. Consult with Project Manager, database and software developers to develop appropriate test cases and scenarios for testing the change while documenting flaws in the development cycle. Document all findings for each test case and be able to provide feedback on findings. Reconcile and communicate test discrepancies to developers. Make recommendations and assessments to software readiness. Work directly with Project Manager to obtain User Acceptance once change is developed and past Q/A. Provide statistics as they relate to the development process and tracking regression issues. Other duties as directed by the Chief Information Officer. *Job Requirements: * Computer literate with strong applications skills. Excellent verbal and &nb sp;written communication skills. Close attention to detail in regards to accuracy of work. Application development a plus. 3 years in a QA role. Testing software / automated testing implementation experience.
