Description: Realization phase for Customer Contact and Campaign project in Sempra. SAP CRM 7.0 will be deplored to provide master data for the contact information and strategic campaign/operational alert through different communication channels. SAP BI is expected to provide analytical reporting in areas like interaction records, bounce back e-mail, segmentation filtering …etc. Skill required for the BI candidate: • Ability to manage client expectation and deliverables. • Should be capable of conducting SAP BI functional design workshops with business. • Ability to propose a solution • Should have good skills in Data Modeling • Cube, Multi-providers, Data-Stores, etc. • Should have experience in Data extraction including delta from CRM • Good knowledge in Reporting • Bex Analyzer 7.0 and Bex Web Designer 7.0 • Good knowledge in Data Mining and APD. • Good skills in Data extraction from and File and Web-Service. • At least 1 project experience with CRM analytics • Ability to coordinate Testing and UAT -- Regards, -------------------- Prasad PRUDENT Technologies and Consulting, Inc.
