Job Description:
Presently, there are over 35,000 users (with the majority of the
mobile users being executive or senior level customers) taking
advantage of the Department of Administration’s Enterprise E-mail
services and include agencies like Department of Health Services
(DHS), Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Department of
Corrections (DOC), Department of Revenue (DOR), Department of Tourism
(DOT), Department of Workforce Development (DWD), etc. The Application
Hosting Tools (AHT) Section within the Division of Enterprise
Technology (DET) needs an additional Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) to
provide staffing for several upcoming E-mail projects. The additional
FTE is required to supplement current staffing levels to ensure that
we can support the implementation of Service Pack 3 for Exchange 2007,
the updates needed for ScanMail for Exchange, as well as some of the
planning needed for a migration to Exchange 2010 with Archiving.
Responsibilities for the support of these projects include:
installation, configuration, testing, and project planning,
coordinating and communicating. The ability to function with an
enterprise perspective and to work with technical staff, DET
management, and other agency staff on technical design and business
issues is critical.
Skills required:
1+ Yrs in MS Exchange Server 2010
Exchange 2007 to 2010 Migrations
Exchange 2010 RPC, TLS, Encryption & Archiving installation,
configuration, and support
Server Support & Integration with Email Systems with Rightfax and
Ironport
2+ Yrs in Trend Micro
3+ Yrs in MS Exchange Server 2007
2+ Yrs in Outlook Web Access
2+ Yrs in Active Directory Tools
2+ Yrs in WinBatch, VB and Powershell scripting and PERL script
writing
