May create and develop software solutions to application errors reported. Escalates unresolved issues to proper personnel. Provides senior-level end-user support, which may include: providing systems administration assistance, coordinating stakeholder discussions, updating user documentation or conducting training , and other tasks requiring collaboration with development, testing, infrastructure, and project management teams. Will participate in design reviews to ensure adherence to standards and processes , and stability of Production applications. Also expected to be able to assess functioning of overall technology and look for ways to upgrade and optimize systems in the future.
