Daily Work Description: The Business Analyst will be required to facilitate Join Application Design (JAD) sessions with the Client users. Business analyst must be capable of analyzing and evaluating major system project requirements of considerable complexity. Applicant must perform reviews of user requirements and provides direction in the identification of potential resolutions. Provide analytical support in the conceptualization, design development and implementation of complex, inter-linked systems. Defines system objectives and prepares system design specifications to meet user requirements and satisfy interface problems. Formulates logical statements of user requirements and develops solutions through application of systems and methods of engineering techniques. Reviews alternate approaches and selects appropriate methodology. Perform system modeling, simulation and analysis. Applies extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. Develop technical solutions to complex problems requiring the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. Applicant must be a self starter. Responsibilities: . Technical . Facilitates client workshops . Conducts design steps including requirements analysis and detailed design of the system. . Develop program specifications and detail design documents. . Experience performing complex systems design, development and implementations . Knowledge of SACWIS systems s desirable. . Communication . Meet with key clients as needed to provide smooth communication . Provide advisory support to staff members to best enable project success . Security and Safety .
