The successful candidate will be assigned to the National Tech Support Compass Team in Newport News, Virginia. The Compass team is in the process of improving the technical services that it provides to its internal employees within the Tech Support organization. The National Tech Support Compass Team is recruiting for a qualified JavaScript/XML Programmer to be responsible for: · This individual will provide for assisting the existing Compass team in building the Compass application for a user base of approximately 10,000 employees. · Code should be bug and error free when pushed to the live servers from the development servers. · Code should be fully exportable and allow users to select data for personal download based on queries and hooks within the Compass application. · The individual must be able to code and simultaneously work with error correction for troubles reported through email – high level of multitasking. · In addition, the individual must have a full understanding of server work to include building backups, installing SQL, optimizing all queries to take full advantage of a small server farm. · The individual should have all jobs scheduled and have backup and error correction in place. · The selected individual will provide technical assistance and advice to the Department’s application programming team. · This position may be required to work on evenings, weekends and may be subject to call-in. *Required Skills:* Five to seven years of experience in any of the following areas: · Subject matter expert level of knowledge. · The individual will need to have the ability to create new webpages from existing structure, create a failover environment, create a load balanced environment. · In addition, fundamental knowledge of DLL, BLL and associated code structure. · The ability to code in real time on an application currently in production. · Knowledge of building dynamic charts and graphics and able to build and administer a blog. · The individual should also be a subject matter expert of XML, understanding of data exporting. *Desired Experience: * · Five years experience in MCDBA, Windows 2003 and 2008 Server, SSIS Packages, Data Archiving and Warehousing, Transactional Replication Administration. *Educational Qualifications/Experience:* · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, SQL Certifications or 4 years of comparable experience. · Computer Technology, Management Information Systems or other information technology related field to include coursework in systems analysis and applications programming using fourth generation or other generally accepted programming languages from an accredited 4 year college or university. -- Regards, Shankar 248-522-6879 Technology consultanst inc -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
