Required: •Extensive hands-on experience (3-5 years) programming in Flex. •Experience integrating Flash/Flex with JAVA applications. •Experience architecting and integrating Flex with data services to access back-end data. •Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior developers. •Extensive knowledge of ActionScript 3.0 •Experience with development of UI components using Spark, MXML and ActionScript 3.0 •Experience with Flex Builder 4.x. •Deep understanding of Object Oriented Design concepts. •A detailed understanding of front-end design patterns (e.g. MVC) and best practices. •Experience in web services (SOAP/REST), XML, HTTP/S. •Demonstrated ability to write clear technical documentation. •Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills. •Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work closely with teammates.
