Required Skills:
Ability to write queries to test ETL and Reports.
Must possess at least 5 years experience in Conducting Data
Warehouse/ETL/BI Testing (Informatica and/or MicroStrategy a must).
Knowledge, Understanding, and Enforcement of Full Life Cycle
Development Methodologies and Process
Good Background in SQL Commands and Database (Oracle 10g or 11g is
a plus)
Good ETL Knowledge (Informatica is a plus)
Quality Center Tool Experience a plus
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Capabilities
Team Player and Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Specific Job Description
Perform ETL Testing using Informatica.
Perform Report Testing using Microstrategy.
Develop test plans and test cases based on ability to review and
understand business and functional requirements.
Execute test cases, document results and review with development.
Track defects to closure and retest as needed.
Conduct Peer Reviews and Walkthroughs
Desired Skills
Experience with Test Automation and Performance Tools (Preferably
QuickTestProfessional, WinRunner, LoadRunner)
Education / Level of Experience
Labor Category: FA2–(Must have at least a BS degree in Computer Science or
equivalent with a minimum of five years of experience or an MS degree in
Computer Science or related degree.).
