Responsibilities - Manage/oversee execution of project plans for any scope;
ensure adherence to all standards and procedures, including
documentation requirements. Work to procure resources for assignments.
- Perform/oversee application development and testing efforts; translate
requirements to assist staff in preparing detailed specs for
system enhancements. Recommend designs based on business requirements.
Identify issues/concerns.
- Act as client liaison to review priorities/manage overall client queue.
- Maintain efficient operation/effectiveness of supported applications.
Recommend new technology/policies/processes. Lead
technical evaluations of vendor software.
- Complete status reports; present projects/status/activities to Sr.
management.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business environment/needs

Base Qualifications - Minimum of 2-4 years college with at least 10 years
