- 8+ years experience in the IT organization of a bank, managing small to
medium size projects.
- PMP certified.
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to facilitate interaction
with multiple organizations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project or Workbench, Lotus Notes, Word, Excel,
Clarity.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Motivated self starter, very pro-active.

Commercial Lending Project Manager
Project Manager to be a part of an IT financial services team. Successful
candidates for the Project Manager position will manage small to medium size
projects. The candidate will work with the IT and business organizations and
coordinate the work of their teams to bring the project work in on time. T
Responsibilities will include:
- Work with both of the loan servicing system teams.
- Responsible for managing systems integration projects with the ACBS and
Enterprise! servicing systems.
- Directing and monitoring all activities for small to medium
technology-based projects from initiation to delivery.
- Managing a team of 5 to 10 people, tasked with completing deliverables and
technical changes to proprietary banking application that support risk
measurement.
- Establishing and maintaining project schedules, status reporting, and
issues management.
- Interfacing with IT and business organizations to understand their needs.
