Exp Level : 10 Years . Handles databases as they pertain to specific applications or business units and/or provides the ongoing production support of existing databases with moderate to high complexity and scope, utilizing standard procedures and techniques. . Good Hands on experience & sound knowledge as Oracle DBA. . Experience in handling Oracle DBA activities in Production environment involving multiple applications & huge databases. . Strong Work experience in RAC, Data Guard, Back up tasks . Knowledge of DBMS recovery tools and techniques. . Knowledge of DBMS security. . Experience in Oracle 11g RAC is a plus. . Experience in DB2 to Oracle Conversion is a plus . Experience in handling PeopleSoft databases(optional) . Assists in making applications production ready by preparing and implementing all relevant DBA processes including job creation / implementation / scheduling and operations coordination. .
