Start date: ASAP or 2 weeks Projected Duration: 1 year Work Status: EAD/Citizen/Green Card REQUIREMENTS Do you have a minimum of 3 years experience Tivoli, ITIM, Unix, Administration, ? Do your skills and experience include? We are seeking experienced ITIM Specialist. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently given clear task assignments and requirements. Provide effective written and verbal communications. Possess English proficiency. Demonstrated ITIM (IBM Tivoli Identity Manager) experience in the following areas: - Concepts, Services and Processes (3 years) - Administration (1 years) - Installation, Configuration and Deployment (1 years) - Problem Determination (2 years) - Development (3 years) - Performance and Capacity Management (1 years) - Version 5.1 required Familiarity with Identity and Access Management compliance standards (ITCS104). Experienced (3 years) performing identity and access management support activities including registering servers in ITIM, provisioning accounts through ITIM and performing automated compliance activities. Ability to evaluate service requests for accuracy and completeness and to work with customers when requests do not meet terms and conditions for ITIM registration or account provisioning. Experienced (2 years) in ITIM and TDI (Tivoli Director Integrator) development. Experienced (3 years) in UNIX software development. Experienced in the following technologies used as part of IBM*s Identity management solution: - DB2 (2 years) - MQ Series (1 years) - Websphere (1 years) - Unix shell script programming (3 years) Ability to produce clearly written documentation including compliance process and operations instructions. Skilled in ITIM problem determination and resolution. The skills we need for these 2 SARs are the candidates must have ITIM skills and must be familiar with tool itself.' Specifically the admin console, and SSUI. This candidate will be used in a shared role as a tester as well as on our support/ops team. Support Skills: We will also use these resources as part of our support team, this means they will have to work with customers in resolving their ITIM issues. Good troubleshooting skills, Good communication skills. Candidate has to be willing and able to work with internal customers and must understand how ITIM works. We are also looking for candidates with scripting skills, korn shell, perl, basic etc.. MQ Series, DB2, Aix, Unix, Linux skills is necessary as we support these OS's. Testing Skills: What we are looking for is someone who will understand our business requirements and use cases, in order to create test plans/test cases. They will need to know how to interact with admin console, and admin ssui in order to carry out provisioning requests to launch secondary controls, ensure approvals are launched and when received that itim takes the proper action.
